What we keep, and why.

RECLAIMED & STAINED (EIN 42-2181182) runs this site. There are no accounts. The only personal information we collect is what you type into a form.

What the forms collect

• Your name, email, and phone if you give one
• City, and for a donation the street address and access notes
• What wood you have or need, and any note you write

Where it goes

The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to info@reclaimedandstained.com. We use it only to arrange a donation, match a request, or answer a question. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for ads.

We keep a message while we need it to finish that pickup or request. Email info@reclaimedandstained.com if you want a copy of what we have, or if you want it deleted.

Do not put a payment card or a Social Security number in a form. We do not ask for those.
